Welcome to BM Bible & AI Chat, operated by AI Studio 10 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, our website at bmbible.com (including its quiz and checkout experience), and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

Description of Service

BM Bible & AI Chat is a spiritual wellness application that provides:

• AI-powered biblical guidance through our "AI Chat" feature
• Guided meditation sessions with Scripture and breathwork
• Structured spiritual journeys for personal growth
• Offline access to NIV Bible text
• Prayer tracking and spiritual progress monitoring
• Personalized spiritual reminders and encouragement

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for spiritual growth and personal development purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

AI Chat and Content Disclaimers

AI Guidance: Our AI chat feature provides Scripture-based responses for spiritual encouragement. These responses are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or pastoral care.

Religious Content: Our content is based on Christian biblical teachings. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend consulting with religious leaders for complex theological questions.

Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that spiritual growth is a personal journey, and the app is a tool to support, not replace, your own spiritual practices and community involvement.

Subscription and Payments

Free and Premium Content: We offer both free and premium subscription-based content (if enabled). Premium subscriptions can be purchased inside the mobile app or on our website at bmbible.com.

In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile app are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings, and refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play Store policies.

Web Purchases: Subscriptions purchased on bmbible.com are billed by Stripe through RevenueCat Web Billing. Your subscription automatically renews at the price and billing period displayed at checkout until you cancel. If your purchase includes a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

Cancelling a Web Subscription: Use the "Manage subscription" link shown after purchase and included in your welcome email — it opens your customer portal where you can cancel in a few clicks. You can also email help@aistudio10.com and we will cancel for you. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds for Web Purchases: Except where required by applicable law, charges for web purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact help@aistudio10.com — we review refund requests case by case.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Studio 10 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of prayer notes and personal content you create, but grant us permission to use it to provide personalized services.

Bible Text: We use licensed NIV Bible text. Users may access this content for personal use only.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

Termination

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI STUDIO 10, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Studio 10 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and AI Studio 10, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@aistudio10.com to seek a resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
